Delete Account

We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your account at any time.

Delete from the App

1. Open the Nanal app.
2. Go to the Settings tab at the bottom.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete deletion.

Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, you may request account deletion by email.

Please include: the email address or social login type (Google / Apple / LINE) used to register. Your account will be deleted within 3 business days of receipt.

Data Deleted Upon Account Deletion

The following data is immediately and permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.

• Account information (email, social login identifier, nickname)
• All uploaded photos
• Category and timelapse records
• Notes and other entered records

Data Retained by Law

Login records are retained for 3 months as required by applicable law, then permanently deleted.

Want to come back?

You can re-register at any time using the same social account. However, previous data cannot be recovered.
