Terms of Use
1. Purpose
These Terms govern your use of the Nanal mobile app ("Service") provided by Haru Studio ("Company").
2. Definitions
- "Service" means the Nanal photo timelapse mobile application and related website.
- "User" means a member who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
- "Content" means all data a user uploads or creates, including photos, category/timelapse records, and notes.
3. Amendments
The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law. Users will be notified at least 7 days before changes take effect.
4. Registration
Registration is completed when a user agrees to these Terms and authenticates via social login (Google, Apple, LINE). Users under 14 years of age may not register.
5. Services Provided
- The Company provides photo logging, category management, timelapse creation, and calendar view features.
- The Service is free; in-app advertising may be included.
- The Service may be modified with prior notice.
6. User Obligations
Users must not impersonate others, distribute illegal or harmful content, or interfere with the normal operation of the Service.
7. Advertising
The Company may display ads within the Service. Ad-related data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.
8. Content Rights
- Rights to photos and records uploaded by users belong to the users.
- The Company stores and processes content solely to provide the Service and does not use it for marketing.
9. Account Termination
Users may delete their account at any time via Settings > Delete Account. Personal data and content are handled per the Privacy Policy upon deletion.
10. Disclaimer
The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure. The Service is a creative and recording tool; the Company is not responsible for the accuracy of user-entered data.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
